REFUND POLICY

Immediately upon the date and time an individual user accesses the website, with their agreement to this Refund Policy reaffirmed upon every subsequent visit.
At Inner Flame Ministries Private Membership Association (PMA), we strive to provide valuable services, resources, and spiritual education to our Members. As a private association operating within the private domain, we currently maintain a no-refunds policy for all offerings unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This policy ensures the sustainability of our mission and the integrity of our operations. Please review this policy carefully before making purchases, registering for events, and/or submitting donations.
1. No Refunds Policy:
1.1 Memberships:
All membership fees, whether for initial enrollment or renewal, are non-refundable. By submitting your Membership Application, you acknowledge and agree that fees paid support the mission of Inner Flame Ministries PMA and are not subject to reimbursement under any circumstances. (Note: At this time, membership fees are currently waived. However, this policy remains in place should fees be reinstated in the future.)
1.2 Products:
Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales of physical or digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to, plant medicine-related items, educational materials, and any other products made available to Members.
1.3 Events, Classes, and Workshops:
Payments made for events, classes, and workshops are non-refundable. These fees secure your participation and are used to prepare and deliver valuable content and experiences.
1.4 Digital Products and Online Resources:
Purchases of digital downloads, online courses, or other digital resources are non-refundable. Once access is granted or products are downloaded, we cannot issue refunds.
1.5 Donations:
All donations to Inner Flame Ministries PMA are non-refundable. Contributions are made in support of our sacred mission and are utilized to further the Ministry’s objectives.
2. Situational Exceptions:
While refunds are not offered under normal circumstances, we recognize that rare situations may arise that require resolution. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you must contact a Founding Director or an appointed Minister within three (3) days of the transaction. Situational exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Inner Flame Ministries PMA.
3. How to Request a Resolution:

Allow up to three (3) business days for a response from a Founding Director or appointed Minister.
4. Member Acknowledgment:
By making a purchase, registering for an event, and/or contributing a donation, Members acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. All transactions are considered final upon completion.
5. Changes to This Policy:
Inner Flame Ministries PMA reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or participation in our offerings constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
