This Public Notice to All Agents serves as a formal declaration regarding the nature, operation, and rights of Inner Flame Ministries Private Membership/Ministerial Association (PMA). By accessing this website or engaging with the Ministry, all agents, entities, and individuals acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in this notice.
1. Educational Purpose Only:
Inner Flame Ministries PMA is a private, self-supported Ministry dedicated to spiritual education, holistic healing, and community empowerment. All content, information, and materials provided by the Ministry are for educational purposes only.

2. Private Status and Structure:
Inner Flame Ministries operates as an unincorporated faith-based Private Membership/Ministerial Association under Title 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A), held in trust and governed by ecclesiastical law and universal contract law.

The Ministry is not a public business, corporation, or partnership and does not engage in commerce within the public domain. However, the Ministry reserves the right to engage in commerce within the public domain when necessary to support and further its sacred mission.

As a 508(c)(1)(A) entity, the Ministry is not required to apply for or maintain tax-exempt status through the IRS under 501(c)(3), as it is inherently tax-exempt by law. However, the Ministry is currently undergoing the process of obtaining tax-exempt status with the IRS to further support the Ministry's purpose and mission.

All Ministry activities occur strictly within the private domain and are not subject to public oversight or jurisdiction.
3. Notice to Agents Under Color of Law:
3.1 Notice of Private Ecclesiastical Status:
All incorporated agents, including those acting under the guise of government authority or statutory jurisdiction, are hereby notified:

Inner Flame Ministries PMA is a private ecclesiastical organization operating independently of statutory regulations, and its operations are not subject to the jurisdiction of government agencies.

All interactions, inquiries, or correspondence with the Ministry must respect its private status and the protections afforded under natural law, ecclesiastical law, and constitutional guarantees.
3.2 Restriction on Actions:

Agents acting under color of law are strictly prohibited from interfering in the Ministry’s private affairs, attempting to regulate its activities, or asserting authority not explicitly granted by the Ministry.

Any claims or demands must be presented in writing and substantiated with clear evidence of lawful authority. Failure to do so will result in dismissal and refusal of engagement.

All disputes must be adjudicated within the private ecclesiastical tribunals established by the Ministry, per its governing documents. Public courts lack jurisdiction over the Ministry's private activities.
