DONATION LAUNCH GIFT OFFER
Effective:
Immediately upon the date and time an individual user accesses the website, this agreement is renewed with each subsequent visit, reaffirming the user's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for the Donation Launch Gift Offer.
Thank you for supporting Inner Flame Ministries PMA and the Church of Chronic project through our Donation Launch Gift Offer. Your generous contributions fuel the creation of our donation-based healing center and the opening of our first storefront location in San Antonio. Every donation directly supports the expansion of holistic healing, plant medicine education, and spiritual freedom for our community.
By participating in this limited-time offer, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your interaction with all related content and activities on this platform. If you do not agree, please discontinue participation and use of our website.

1. Donation Gift Eligibility:
The Launch Gift Offer is available exclusively for Inner Flame Ministries members who are 21 years of age or older with age verification, living in an unrestricted state.
To qualify for a plant medicine gift, donations must meet specific thresholds:
A donation of $25-$44 will be gifted 1 gram of indoor exotic cannabis. A donation of $45-$70 will be gifted 3.5 grams of indoor exotic cannabis. A donation of $71-$130 will be gifted 7 grams of indoor exotic cannabis. A donation of $131-$219 will be gifted 14 grams of indoor exotic cannabis. A donation of $220 or more will be gifted1 full ounce of indoor exotic cannabis plus an extra gift. Please note that donations under $25 are always appreciated but will not include a plant medicine gift.
2. Additional Gift Tiers for Higher Donations:
For those who wish to contribute more, every additional $220 donated will qualify for 1 extra ounce of indoor exotic cannabis, plus an extra gift. For example, donating $220 earns 1 ounce + extra gift, while a $440 donation receives 2 ounces + extra gift, and a $660 donation qualifies for 3 ounces + extra gift, and so forth.
If a donation falls between tiers (such as $270), the donor will receive the gift associated with the $220 level but will not receive additional quantities unless the full next threshold is met.
3. Donation Launch Gift Timeline:
The Donation Launch Gift Offer is a limited-time opportunity that will remain available until the grand opening of the first Church of Chronic location in San Antonio. Once the grand opening occurs, the current donation gift offer will end. Future donation gift opportunities will be offered at the ministry’s discretion. After the grand opening, members will be able to browse plant medicine products directly at the storefront, and gifts will no longer be associated with donations.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment:
Donation gifts will be shipped after the grand opening of the first Church of Chronic location. As soon as shipping begins, all donors will receive an email notification. When an individual's personal gift is ready for shipment, they will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number for their package.
Due to current state restrictions, shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Colorado, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, or Idaho. However, federal lawsuits are being filed to secure religious shipping rights for all members nationwide. Any donations with shipping addresses in these restricted states will be considered a donation without a plant medicine gift in return. Our gift to these states is our time, energy, and action—dedicated to researching and filing federal lawsuits that will ensure future shipping rights for ALL members, including those currently violated by restrictive state laws.
5. 369 Honor Wall Recognition:
The first 369 people who donate $500 or more will receive exclusive recognition on the 369 Honor Wall, celebrating their generosity and commitment to the movement. These founding supporters will be honored both online and in person, with their names featured on a dedicated page of the website and engraved on a physical plaque displayed at the healing center. 6. Age & Membership Requirements:
To receive a plant medicine gift, donors must be 21 years of age or older and an active member of Inner Flame Ministries. This age requirement ensures compliance with both ministry standards and state regulations regarding plant medicine.
All donors must submit proper age verification before any donation gift can be fulfilled. If age verification cannot be submitted and confirmed by the donor, the donation will be gifted to the ministry without a plant medicine gift as a token of gratitude for supporting our mission and projects.
7. No Tax Deduction for Donations:
Inner Flame Ministries is currently in the process of securing its IRS tax-exempt status. Until this status is officially recognized, donations made during the Donation Launch Gift Offer are not tax-deductible. Once the tax-exempt designation is confirmed, all donors will receive an email notification, confirming the eligibility of future donations for tax deduction.
8. General Terms:
All donations made as part of the Donation Launch Gift Offer are considered final and non-refundable, as they directly support the establishment of the Church of Chronic storefront and the donation-based healing center. Plant medicine gifts are tokens of gratitude and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for other products or monetary compensation. This limited-time offer will end upon the grand opening of the first Church of Chronic location.
9. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the Donation Launch Gift Offer, donors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Donors confirm that they are 21 years of age or older, are an active member of Inner Flame Ministries, and understand that plant medicine gifts will not be provided for donations under $25. Additionally, donors accept that shipping timelines are contingent upon the grand opening and that email notifications will provide updates regarding fulfillment.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Inner Flame Ministries reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be reflected immediately on this page and communicated to donors via email notification. Continued participation following updates signifies the acceptance of any revised terms.
