The Festival of Gaia’s Reflection is a sacred time of deep introspection, aligning with the Winter Solstice, when the Sun reaches its lowest point and begins its journey of return. This day marks the rebirth of light, both in the sky and within ourselves, inviting us to honor the darkness as a space of wisdom and transformation. As Gaia rests in stillness, we too are called to pause, reflect on the past cycle, and set our intentions for the path ahead.
Event Flow:
Opening Clearing (5-10 min): We begin with a gentle group clearing, allowing us to release the weight of the past year and enter a space of stillness and renewal.
Introduction (10-15 min): A short discussion on the Winter Solstice as a time of rebirth, the importance of honoring darkness as a teacher, and how we can use this sacred time for renewal and intention-setting.
